DIY Package

For the hands-on couple who wants complete creative control, our Do-It-Yourself Package gives you the freedom to choose your vendors while still providing the essentials:

  • Reception Space for up to 256 Guests
  • Several Spacious Cocktail Hour Locations to choose from

  • One Hour Rehearsal
  • Use of Property for Engagement Pictures

All-Inclusive Package

For couples who want to minimize stress and maximize enjoyment, our All-Inclusive Package covers nearly everything:

  • Full Catering for 100 guests that includes: Butler Passed Appetizers, Bread, Entrees, Sides, Drink Station, Table Settings, Catering Equipment, and Waitstaff
  • Preferred DJ that includes: Pre-Ceremony, Ceremony, Cocktail Coverage, Mics, Sound System, and Emcee
  • Full Bar service that includes Liquor Insurance (Client to provide liquor)
  • $450 allowance towards Cake or Dessert Station with complimentary cake cutting service and set up
  • $450 Floral allowance
  • A Day of Wedding Coordinator

Special Events & Party Packages

While weddings are our specialty, Ballroom On The Lake is also the perfect venue for life’s other milestones. Whether you’re hosting a milestone birthday, anniversary, graduation, holiday party, or corporate retreat, our versatile spaces can be customized for any occasion.

Party Package Includes:

  • Indoor or outdoor reception space with stunning lake views

  • Tables, chairs, and setup/cleanup

  • Use of our professional staff to ensure a seamless experience

Bar Services

Through Traditions Event Services, we offer flexible bar options:

  • You provide your own alcohol and our bartenders serve.

  • Or upgrade to full bar services where we provide everything.

All events must conclude by 11 p.m., with one hour of setup and cleanup included in your rental.

Deposit & Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior. Deposits are transferable if your date needs to be changed.
